Efendioğlu Marble became the solution partner in the marble applications of the farmhouse project designed by the Hyeldaim Interior Architecture & Design team. The gross area of the farmhouse, which has 4 floors, is approximately 630 m2, and its land is 7300 m2. There is the main kitchen, a game and TV lounge, a servants' room and a laundry room on the basement floor. In addition to the living space and house spread over a very large field, there are additional parts such as gazebo, winter cottage with fireplace and farm. The monoblock washbasin specially designed by the Hyeldaim Team for the bathroom in the basement was made from Italian Carrara marble. The carcass, marble cutting, drawing details and assembly designed in accordance with the project, were carried out with the mastery of Efendioğlu.
At the entrance of the basement floor, a stylish look was achieved with the flooring made of Alexandrette Black and Calacatta Premium marbles. Steps and piers at the ground floor main entrance extended into the main entrance in a way to reflect the natural depth of Italian Arabescato marble with 6-pack bookmatch application. The Arabescato marble was used in the form of 2-way bookmatch on the floor covering that creates a sense of integrity as you enter inside. The inner brass laths were applied via the milling application. An elegant look was obtained by placing brass on the details created by this process. The final touch to the main entrance was made with led lighting.

Optimal solution via rich machine park
The Efendioğlu team paid the most attention to in the Gündoğdu Farm House project was the oval inner and outer turns of the lower parts of the stair railings. The Radius in this part required making some extentions to the marble since the thickness of the stone was 2 cm. However, thanks to the rich machinery of the Efendioğlu team, the optimum solution was created and production was carried out. At the same time, balustrades, inverted ceilings and interior coatings were designed on site and applied as bookmatch. Arabescato marble was also used in the main kitchen counter and window jambs on the ground floor. In the ground floor bathroom, Italian Calacatta Premium marble was used on the self-leveling counter and the front eaves of the counter. The right and left side angled covers of the counter was applied after special processes, so as to follow the line tracking.
Reinforcement with Efendioğlu patented LDF Technology
The fireplace, which was specially designed for the living room on the ground floor, was covered with Grigio Gray marble and the final touch was achieved with the CNC processed skirting detail. The long shelves on the fireplace have been strengthened with Efendioğlu patented LDF technology. The four bedrooms on the 1st floor and attic was covered with Equator Marmara marble. The bathroom counter was produced from equator marble with a sink. Apart from these, special productions such as granite handrails, skirting boards, etc. was made by the Hyeldaim Interior Architecture & Design team for the Gündoğdu Farmhouse. 85 % of the stones used in the project were carefully and specially processed in the Efendioğlu factory.
